Singapore recruiting auxiliary cops from Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Philippines, India and China

Singapore has begun recruiting auxiliary police officers from five more countries — Sri Lanka, Myanmar, the Philippines, India and China — to meet rising security needs amid a shrinking local workforce. Such officers make up around 3% of the nation's total auxiliary forces.
