Australia's Firmus to launch $5 billion IPO on October 6, term sheet shows

SYDNEY, Sept 21 : Australian data center operator Firmus will launch its initial public offering to raise A$7 billion ($4.99 billion) to institutional investors on October 6, according to a term sheet reviewed by Reuters.
The company's shares will start trading on the Australian Securities Exchange on October 22, the term sheet said.
Firmus did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
