DeepSeek raises API pricing for its V4 models

BEIJING, Aug 13 : Chinese artificial intelligence startup DeepSeek will raise API prices for its V4-Pro and V4-Flash models and introduce peak and off-peak pricing, a company statement on Thursday showed.
The new rates - ranging from 50 per cent to 1,100 per cent above current prices, depending on the model, token type, and time of use - will take effect on August 17, according to the statement.
