SINGAPORE: OCBC internet and mobile banking services have been fully restored after an outage, OCBC said in a 10.10pm update on its Facebook on Thursday (Nov 27).
"We would like to assure all customers that no customer data was compromised and that their monies remained safe during this time," the bank added.
It had earlier announced that internet and mobile banking services were unavailable, but that card and ATM services were unaffected.
Some users have reported issues with QR code payments and call centre services.
Facebook users had also reported issues with credit card and ATM services.
The number of reports reached a high of 1,444 at 8.17pm, according to Downdetector, which collates status reports from several sources, including users, to track outages.
