ACRES took on record number of rescues in 2025, more than double its land size
Wildlife rescue charity ACRES took on a record number of more than 3,800 rescue cases last year. It has also more than doubled its land area, which means larger enclosures that will allow injured, abandoned or seized animals more space to thrive. ACRES is looking to expand even more – to four times its original size in the coming years. As the charity turns 25 this year, it is looking to raise S$2.5 million dollars to partly fund its expansion. Rachel Teng reports.
