AI skills tops employers' hiring challenges in Singapore
Artificial intelligence skills have become the hardest to fill in Singapore. A recent survey by ManpowerGroup shows AI-related capabilities now top employers’ hiring challenges, even as overall talent shortages ease. For the first time, AI Model and Application Development ranks as the most difficult skill to find, followed closely by AI literacy. The shortage of skilled workers is reported to be felt across multiple sectors, with Utilities and Natural Resources, Construction, and Public Sector, Health, and Social Services among the most affected.
