New centre to provide free legal aid for migrant workers

A new centre will provide free legal aid and representation for migrant workers who face issues, such as unpaid salaries or disputes over work injury compensation. The Migrant Workers' Law Centre will be launched in the first quarter of next year. At an event to commemorate International Migrants Day, the government also announced that there are plans to upgrade some of the existing recreation centres for migrant workers.
