NTUC's e2i trialling one-stop portal with AI tools to help jobseekers
Since April 2024, more than 7,000 jobseekers have used artificial intelligence tools through the National Trades Union Congress' Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) to build resumes and practise for interviews. A new one-stop portal, called the AI Career Coach, is being trialled to help users better understand the job market and apply for suitable roles. e2i said these tools seek to boost employability, especially for first-time jobseekers.
