Singapore to work with Rwanda and Ghana on Africa-wide digital payments infrastructure
Singapore is building the world's first Africa-wide digital payments infrastructure in partnership with Rwanda and Ghana. Announced by Minister of State for Trade and Industry Alvin Tan in Kigali, the partnership aims to improve the payments infrastructure in Africa, to help local companies and firms from Singapore to expand and offer new products and services.
